Online play does not connect. Online play needs an internet connection; everything else works offline. If it still fails, try again in a few minutes and write to us if it persists.
My progress is gone. Your progress is saved on our server too. On a new phone or after reinstalling, sign in with the same Apple or Google account and it comes back. As a guest without signing in, it is tied to the phone.
Delete my account. In the game: Settings, then Delete account. It removes everything our server keeps about you. The scores of your online frames stay, linked to no account, so your opponents' weekly lists do not change; see the privacy policy.
