Snooker Aces is made and run by Fekete Hal Informatikai Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (Fekete Hal Kft.), Jókai utca 18. 3. ajtó, 6100 Kiskunfélegyháza, Hungary, tax number 24909958-2-03, EU VAT number HU24909958 ("we"). These terms are the agreement between you and us for the game, its online play and our server. By playing you accept them. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the game on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as the App Store's Usage Rules allow, for your own enjoyment. The game, its look, sounds and content are ours or our licensors'; you may not copy, sell or reverse engineer them, except where the law allows it. You start as a guest; signing in with Apple or Google keeps your progress when you change phones. Keep your device and the account you sign in with to yourself: what is done with them counts as done by you. The game is rated 13+.
Coins, looks, kit and other items in the game are virtual. You get a right to use them in the game, not ownership of them. Coins have no money value: they cannot be cashed out, exchanged for money or anything outside the game, or moved to another player, and buying, selling or trading them or accounts outside the game is not allowed. An online table has an entry in coins and a prize in coins for the winner, both shown before the frame starts; the prize follows the frame's result. We may change what things cost in coins, the tables' entries and prizes, and what the game pays in coins.
Purchases with money are made through Apple's App Store and charged by Apple under its terms; we receive no payment details. Digital items are delivered at once, so purchases are non-refundable, except as the App Store's own refund process allows (reportaproblem.apple.com) or the law requires. If a purchase does not arrive, use Restore purchases in the shop or write to us.
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, sold and billed by Apple. The price and what Pro includes are shown on the Pro screen before you buy. A free trial, where offered, turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel. The subscription renews at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you can cancel at any time in your Apple account's Subscriptions settings, and Pro then lasts until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your game account does not cancel it. We may change what Pro includes; a change in price comes from Apple, which asks you first where its rules require it.
Our server plays and referees every online stroke. Play fairly: do not cheat, use modified apps, bots or tools, exploit faults, deliberately lose frames to another account, or interfere with the server or other players' games. Choose a player name that is not offensive, does not impersonate anyone and does not advertise. If you break these rules we may change your name, remove results, coins or items gained unfairly, or suspend or ban your account from online play, for a time or for good. Write to us if you think we got it wrong.
You can delete your account at any time in the game: Settings, then Delete account. Your progress, coins and items on our server are then deleted and cannot be restored, and they are not refunded. The scores of your online frames stay, linked to no account. Cancel a Pro subscription with Apple separately.
Most of the game works offline. Online play, the weekly challenge and syncing need our server and the internet, and may be unavailable at times, for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We keep improving the game and may change, add or remove features. If we ever stop the online service, we will say so on our support page at least 30 days ahead, and tell players in other ways where we reasonably can. We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and a change that matters to you is posted on the support page before it applies.
We make the game with care but cannot promise it is free of faults or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost coins or items through faults outside our control, or loss of data, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life, body or health, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple, and we, not Apple, are responsible for the game and its content. The licence above lets you use the game on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as the Usage Rules in the App Store's terms allow; family members may use it through Family Sharing.
We alone are responsible for maintaining and supporting the game; Apple has no duty to provide any maintenance or support for it. If the game does not conform to any warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, which will refund the purchase price of the app, if any; as far as the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the game, and any other claim, loss or cost from a failure to conform to a warranty is ours.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim by you or anyone else about the game or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the game fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws. If anyone claims that the game or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
You confirm that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that the U.S. Government has designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. When using the game you must comply with the terms of any third-party service you use with it, such as your mobile network or the App Store.
Questions, complaints or claims about the game go to us at the contact below. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and once you accept them Apple may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts. Please write to us first; we answer complaints within 30 days. A consumer in Hungary may also turn to the conciliation board (békéltető testület) of the county where they live.
